Dedicated to the memory of my two wonderful children, Craig and Kylie Thomson, whose untimely passing have left a huge gap in my life. I owe them so much for the joy, the love and the laughter they brought to my life. I would have loved to have had the comfort of their companionship for the rest of my life, but I know they are always with me in spirit.
